To set the time, day, and date, simply pull out the crown to position 1, turn it clockwise to adjust the day of the week, then counterclockwise to set the date. Next, pull the crown to position 2 and turn it to the correct time. Push the crown back into position 0 when finished.
For the day language setting, pull the crown to position 2 and turn the hour hand clockwise past 6 o'clock, then push the crown back to position 1 and turn the weekday to the preferred language, English or Spanish. Pull the crown to position 2 again and turn it until the correct time appears, then push it back to position 0. Please do not make this setting from 12:00 am to 5:00 am.
